Hello! My name is Cait Schlagle and I am the owner/operator of Happy Healthy Parenthood LLC. I had this incredible dream in 2021 that I wanted to become a birth doula, to assist and support birthing mothers and people through pregnancy, labor/delivery, and post-partum. While I was envisioning this dream other ideas began to take shape. I was inspired to do what I do because I saw from my experience and from others that the journey to becoming a parent contains a lot of different pieces. It is important to have the support and knowledge to bring all of those pieces together so you can make the best choices for your family. Parenthood does not come with a handbook, but that is where I can come in. With my extensive knowledge and experience in all thing's pregnancy, birth, and newborn, and my familiarity with local resources and services I can increase your confidence, help lessen your stress, help you make informed decisions, and simplify your life and time, all while helping you to become the parent that you would like to be.
